- WHERE CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENTS ARE NON-STANDARD OR AT VARIANCE WITH AVAILABLE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, THEN TO CLARIFY TO HIM WHAT WE CAN OFFER.
- TO MAINTAIN WARRANTY CLAIMS TO 0.5% OF ALL INVOICE TRANSACTIONS.
- ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT LEVEL 5 RATING IN ALL CUSTOMER SERVICES.
- DRIVE THE BUSINESS THROUGH CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROCESS.
ALL THE STAFF OF HYPERCOAT ENTERPRISES PTE LTD WILL BE MADE AWARE OF THIS POLICY AND ITS INTENDED GOALS.
